This Realtor Program is designed to create a mutually beneficial partnership between Driven 4 Homes and local Realtors. Our goal is to help you sell more land by giving buyers the option to build a custom home, while rewarding you for making us your Preferred Builder on your listings.

 When you have a lot for sale, let us help make it a home. We’ll install our ‘Preferred Builder’ sign, work with your client on a custom build, and you’ll earn 3% of the build cost.
